Order Processing

During holidays or new product launches, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience as a small business.

Shipping Rates & Timeframes

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Most orders ship via USPS or UPS and arrive within 3–7 business days once they leave our shop.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and can vary due to weather or carrier delays.

Warm Weather / Cold Weather Care

Our handcrafted soaps and bath items are sensitive to extreme temperatures. We do our very best to package them securely, but please bring packages indoors promptly after delivery to keep items looking their best.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We proudly package your order with care. Once items are in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos so we can assist you.
