Because of the nature of our handcrafted bath and body products, all soap, bath , and skin care items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left our shop This ensures the highest level of product safety and quality for all customers.

For Non-personal-care merchandise such as pjs, accessories, and gift items, we are happy to help with an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging,

If an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right. We may request photos for documentation.

Final Sale Items: Sale merchandise,seasonal items, and custom-limited edition products cannot be returned or exchanged.
